connecting all | the 42nd jinhan fair opens on the cloud
2020.10.26
upgraded platform for better exhibition experience
after the“warm-up”of the last online exhibition, both the organizer and exhibitors were better adapted to the transformation from “face-to-face” to “screen-to-screen” model.
building on previous experience and exhibitor/buyer feedback, the organizer made broad improvements in platform capabilities and features to ensure extremely convenient and user-friendly experience for exhibitors and buyers alike, including smarter recommendations from massive products, more intuitive 3d location plan, vr display to facilitate collocation, all-new backstage data dashboard to track results in real time, intent order submission support, and more diversified live-streaming engagement.
online matchmaking boosts procurement with aggregated demands
going cloud did not mean going out of mind. this year’s online fair attracted numerous cross-border buyers as always. for example, iron art, a german importer and a perennial on jinhan fair, took the opportunity to announced its sourcing portfolio - including christmas and home decors, and material and design requirements - on its first “on-the-cloud” procurement session for more precise matchmaking.
insightful and inspiring online forums
on the first day of the fair, victor, a veteran designer in home products, shared his insights on the topic “international home design trends, 2021-2022fw”. emerging trends in home design, such as eco-friendly materials, angel elements, animal shapes and metals/florals, were highlighted to inspire vendors.
